all-round high intensity KICKBOXING CLASS that FEATURes A RANGE OF MOVES FOR HIGHER CALORIE BURN!

Our Kickboxing classes are split into two, but we hope you will always “do the double”! The first half of the hour is called KickBox Tech and focuses on the technical aspects of the sport. Want to know how to combo correctly – do not miss KickBox Tech! You will also run through drills and techniques as well as shadow boxing, skipping and completing high intensity footwork drills!

The second half of the hour is call KickBox Combat! In this class you will team up with a partner and, utilising the techniques learnt in KickBox Tech, you will work advanced combos that consist of punching, kicking & kneeing the focus pads.

The entire hour will be one of the best all-round high intensity classes to get you in amazing shape and relieve the stresses of life!

So, are you ready to come along? One word of advice – don’t eat too closely beforehand. Em’s sessions are not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to work hard, sweat hard and laugh hard!
