Personal Training Sessions are run from Em’s gym, conveniently located in the new Millers Junction Hub in Altona North (Inner West Melbourne). Em believes in training women for strength, and this can only be done with perfect technique, which is why all sessions have a very strong focus on correct movement patterns.

Em believes that we are always capable of doing more, and will be right there by your side, pushing you to get the results you want, whilst also ensuring your technique is perfect!

During the current Stage 4 and Stage 3 restrictions of COVID-19 in Victoria, our Personal Training sessions will be completed outside of the gym, in the gym carpark.

The Science

A Personal Trainer will ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise results. If your form when exercising is not correct, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not achieving your goals (because nothing kills a dream like 10 weeks of prescribed bed rest!).
